Chicken sausage, served with roast capsicum, grated cheese, mixed salad with our peri peri mayo
THE VEGETARIAN BANGER
Gourmet plant-based sausage, served with confit onion and apple, roasted capsicum, crumbled feta, mixed salad and Persian yoghurt dressing.

Served with our smokey paprika mayo sauce
About us
Absolute Bangers food trailer serves gourmet sausages inspired by flavours from all corners of the world.
Our bangers are sourced from local butchers and delicatessen’s across Melbourne. We only use premium ingredients in our dishes, from our condiments made in-house, freshly baked sourdough rolls and fresh herbs & veggies to make each bite pop.
Our truck, like our food, is an absolute banger of a ride.
